Do you have any bathing requirements for a stay?
A. We do not require your pet to have a bath before they go home, however we strongly recommend it. We use the Hydrosurge™ bathing system, which provides a massaging bath for your dog effectively removing dead hair caught in the undercoat. They’ll also get an ear cleaning and a nice nail trim! Your pet will go home smelling fresh and looking clean after romping with friends in the play yards.

A. At Perfect Pet Resort, our guests enjoy indoor, temperature-controlled suites for eating, resting, and overnight sleep. For exercise dogs have large, secure outdoor yards for potty and playtime. This arrangement allows us to give personal attention and interaction with each guest as they move to and from playtime. We do not have traditional indoor/outdoor-style kennels. Come take a tour to see our lodging and play areas!

A. Should a situation arise when your pet requires medical attention, we will contact you or your emergency contact to coordinate veterinary services with a local veterinary clinic. In the event of an off-hours emergency, we contact you and transport your pet to a veterinary emergency center. We are in close proximity to multiple animal hospitals and clinics. Fees apply.
