Immunization Information
- For the protection of all our guests, we require proof of the following vaccinations in the form of veterinary records. All records must be current and/or have been performed at least 7 to 10 days before your stay:
- Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella
- Veterinary records can be faxed to 410-741-1500 or emailed to records@perfectpetresort.com
Getting Started with Wellness
- Please call or email Perfect Pet Resort to arrange a grooming appointment for your pet.
- A health profile document and liability waiver document will be emailed to you for completion prior to the massage appointment.
Special Needs
We want to make sure your pet is comfortable and happy during every aspect of their stay with us, from boarding to bathing. We have numerous pet spa options to keep them comfortable, from waterless baths to air-drying the fur. Let us know in advance if your pet has any special needs so we can adequately accommodate him or her.
